Why Maestro Classes?

Each Maestro Class is practical, hands-on training designed to improve the skills of the managers of a specific process or function. The participant leaves the class with a set of deliverables designed to be used immediately. Maestro Classes are an ideal complement to ITIL Training, which is theoretical and is designed to increase knowledge, but not skills.

The following Maestro classes are available:

•  CMDB Maestro Class: Designed to help the Configuration Manager create and manage an optimized CMDB that serves the purposes of the Service Management processes.
•  Problem Management Maestro Class: Development of practical skills and tools to manage the identification and the resolution of problems.
•  Service Portfolio and Catalogue Maestro Class: Portfolio and Catalogue managers learn how to define a living, actionable Service Portfolio and Catalogue and how to integrate it into the Service Management environment.
•  IT Service Management and Software Design: What do application analysts, architects and developers need to know to build applications optimized for Service Management?
