Targeted Audience		The Service Portfolio and Catalogue Maestro Class is designed for anyone with a general responsibility for Service Management as well as those specifically responsible for designing or maintain a Service Portfolio and Catalogue.
Prerequisites		There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, participants with previous ITIL^® training and with practical experience in Service Management will benefit the most.
Subject Matter		The role of the Service Portfolio and Catalogue in a Service Provider’s organization and processes; how to benefit from existing service taxonomies; how to adapt service taxonomies for the specific sector and culture of the Service Provider; service modeling; usage of existing frameworks for service architectures; how to design the interfaces of the Portfolio and Catalogue and integrate them into the Service Management environment.
Price		Sfr 950, plus VAT, includes all materials, lunch and refreshments.
