| Why a Foundation Bridge Course? |

The content of ITIL 3 is significantly broader and, in some cases, different from ITIL 2. Persons and organizations wishing to benefit from these developments, without completely redoing a Foundation course, will wish to attend the Bridge course.
Persons already in possession of a Foundation Certificate wishing to attain a more advanced certification will need knowledge of ITIL 3 before taking higher level training.

Participants must have the ITIL Foundation certificate. A copy of this certificate must be submitted in order to take the certification examination.

| Contents |
|
The syllabus of the Foundation Bridge Course is built upon the existing knowledge of ITIL 2. The major themes covered in this course are: the Service Life Cycle; the Service Portfolio; understanding utility and warranty, and how IT Services provide value to organizations; changes to the Service Management processes, the activities, roles and responsibilities. Some of the ITIL terminology has evolved, and these changes are also covered in the course.

The course concludes with the APMG Certification examination. |

The course is delivered in English or in French. |
| Guarantee |
|
Students who do not successfully complete the EXIN certification at the closure of the course may repeat the course at no additional charge. |

Registrations must be received at least 3 weeks before the start of the course.

Reimbursement in case of annulation by a participant:
- 100%: 20 working days or more before the start of the course
- 90%: fewer than 20 working days before the start of the course
- 50%: fewer than 10 working days before the start of the course
- 0%: fewer than 5 working days before the start of the course
