Purpose and Approach:
Kanban Foundation training provides the information required to start a Kanban initiative for a team or a larger organization.

Target Audience:
This course is designed for anyone working in a team that is responsible for any type of knowledge work, such as IT, product development, finance, administration, HR and any other type of knowledge-based work. It is suitable for debutants without experience in kanban and interested in gaining a better understanding of the approach and implementing a kanban approach in a team or larger organization.

Format:
The training is on-line. The course consists of a series of video presentations, playable on demand; exercises to illustrate the application of the principles, values and practices described in the presentations; a forum for the exchange of questions and ideas among the participants and the trainer; and live sessions for exchanging with the trainer.

Duration:
The course is available on demand, but must be completed within six months of registration.

Prerequisites:
