This calendar attempts to display professional events related to service management. Also included are events of a broader scope having a significant service management stream.
Proprietary events (events designed to promote the products of the event organizer) are not included. There are, however, certain proprietary events that have become industry-wide events, submerging the initial proprietary aspect of the event. Such events might be included, at the sole discretion of the editor. Training events are not included, although many conferences do also include various types of training.
It is likely that many events worthy of inclusion are not displayed. The organizers of such events are encouraged to communicate the details to the calendar editor (see below).
The calendar is intended for use by attendees of events, speakers at events and organizers of events. To support decisions about when to hold events and whether to attend an event, various holidays are also displayed in the calendar.

DO NOT USE THIS OPTION FOR A PAGE THAT LISTS ONLY A SINGLE EVENT! INSTEAD, USE THE PREVIOUS OPTION.
It is visible to whomever has access to the Google Calendars. In other words, it is visible to the general public.
In principle, the calendar attempts to display all national and religious holidays in the countries where service management events are displayed. Local events are not displayed. Holiday names generally start with either a single letter – denoting a primarily religious holiday – or a double letter – denoting the two letter ISO code of the country in which the holiday is celebrated. Often, of course, countries adopt essentially religious holidays and recognize them as civic and national holidays.
An attempt has been made to list holidays through 2049, after which the current editor will certainly no longer be active. It is to be expected that there will be many changes in the holidays during that time: new holidays will be created; old holidays canceled or renamed; principles for calculating the dates will change. Thus, most holidays that fall on a weekend are observed on the Monday following. There are, however, some holidays which still have fixed dates according to Gregorian calendar, but this may very well change in the future.
Users of the calendar are encouraged to confirm any information displayed in the calendar before using it to make decisions. Many of the events are provided with the relevant web page descriptions. As for the holidays, an extremely useful site is https://www.timeanddate.com/holidays . This site also includes many local holidays and some of the local peculiarities in observing holidays of an international character. Alas, the information in the calendar is provided as is. While an effort is made to ensure the accuracy of what is published in the calendar, it may contain errors and might not reflect last minute changes to events. We regret any errors and hope that mistakes will be brought to the editor’s attention. But, in all cases, caveat usor!
Use one of the forms under “Please add/modify/delete this event in your calendar” or “Please add/modify/delete this URL that lists our events”.
You are subject to the functionality provided by Google Calendar. Filtering, per se, is not currently possible. The data in the events cannot be categorized in a way that supports filtering. However, there is a search function for the calendar, which may be of some use.
In most cases, an attempt has been made to record the time zone of the event itself. Google Calendars automatically adjusts the time (and date) according to the client viewing the calendar. Use the Google configuration options to adjust this.
The language of the events and holidays cannot be changed. The language of the month names and the surrounding calendar labels and messages can be changed according to the Google configuration options.
Yes. Use the Google Calendar options to change the display format.
