Pre-sales Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Concentric Circle Consulting, Robert Falkowitz (hereafter “the vendor”) provides training, coaching, consulting and software integration services. It may present its activities to prospective clients and existing clients (hereafter “the client”) for the purposes of preparing an offer for the vendor’s services.

“Pre-sales” refers to commercial activities by the vendor preceding and in preparation for the signing of a contract or the submission of an order to the vendor.

Acceptation of these terms and conditions

By agreeing to a meeting with the vendor, the client accepts these general terms and conditions for pre-sales.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the information and materials provided by the vendor to its clients is proprietary and confidential. These materials are the intellectual property of the vendor, which retains copyright on all materials, excepting any materials explicitly indicating ownership of its intellectual property by an entity other than the vendor . None of the copyright materials may be reproduced or distributed to any third parties without the authorization of the vendor.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all pre-sales activities are executed at no cost to the client. However, if the client fails to honor an appointment without reasonable advance notice, the vendor reserves the right to invoice the client for costs incurred.

Privacy Policy

All information exchanged between the vendor and the client is confidential unless agreed otherwise. Both parties will take the necessary steps to preserve the confidentiality of that information for five years from the date of the exchange of information.
