While many organizations manage a Project Portfolio, they have difficulty understanding how it relates to a Service Portfolio. And the existence of an Application Portfolio only adds to the confusion. In this presentation, we will describe the very important differences among these portfolios and why the Service Portfolio is valuable and important, why it is a sort of “Portfolio of Portfolios”.
